This document does not constitute a written contract, is written in Hungarian and does not refer to a code of conduct. In case of any questions regarding the operation of the webshop, ordering and delivery process, please contact us at the contact details provided. These GTC apply to the legal relations on the Company's website and subdomains.

2. Basic provisions:

2.1 Hungarian law shall govern the issues not regulated in these GTC and the interpretation of these GTC, in particular with regard to the relevant provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code") and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services (Elker. tv.). The binding provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any specific stipulation.

2.2 These GTC shall enter into force on 1 July 2022 and shall remain in force until revoked. The Company shall be entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC. The Company shall publish the amendments on its websites 11 (eleven) days before they enter into force. By using the Websites, Customers agree that they shall automatically be subject to all regulations relating to the use of the Websites.

2.3 The Customer, when accessing the webshop website operated by the Company or reading its content in any way, even if he is not a registered Customer of the webshop, acknowledges that he is bound by the GTC. If the Customer does not accept the terms and conditions, he is not entitled to view the content of the webshop.

2.4 The Company reserves all rights in respect of the webshop website, any part of it and the content displayed on it, as well as the distribution of the website. You may not download, electronically store, process or sell the content or any part of the content of the webshop without the Company's written consent.

3.1 The products displayed can only be ordered online. The prices displayed for the products are in HUF and include VAT, but do not include delivery charges. No extra packaging costs will be charged.

3.2 In the webshop, the Company shall provide details of the name of the product, its description and shall display a photo of the products. The images displayed on the product data sheet may differ from the real product and may be used as illustrations.

3.3 If a special price is introduced, the Company shall inform the Customers in full about the special offer and its exact duration.

3.4. Our store has approximately 14 products, the assortment is constantly changing, new products are added and some products are discontinued. The products are divided into eleven main categories. You can use the search function to find the product you are looking for. Search: you can find the products in the menu bar, click on it to view all the products offered in the category.

4. Essential characteristics of the subject of the contract, price

4.1. The main characteristics of the product to be purchased are described in the brochure next to the product. We shall not be liable for any damage resulting from misinterpretation of the description in the brochure.

4.2 The prices of the products are those indicated on the website. After placing the order, the system will send an automatic confirmation e-mail, the prices indicated therein are guaranteed by our Company, i.e. the products ordered will be invoiced at the prices indicated in the confirmation, regardless of any price changes after the order has been placed. Exceptions to this rule are products that are not equalised, variable weight products (products priced in kg, etc.), where the quantity ordered may differ minimally from the quantity delivered. For these products, the guide price, confirmed at the time of ordering, may be reduced or increased by a minimum amount due to the difference in quantity at the time of delivery.

5. Registration

You MUST REGISTER to shop in our store, the advantage of registration is that you do not have to re-enter your details each time you shop. To register, you must click on [Login/Register] and enter your personal details: name, email address, phone number and password. Only one registration can be made for one email address. When the registration is submitted, our system will send a verification email to the email address you provided, containing information on how to validate the registration. This is necessary to avoid incorrect registrations. You have 7 days to validate your registration. If you have validated your registration correctly by following the link in the email, you will then be able to place an order in our store at any time. If you are already a registered customer, you can log in by entering your email address and password in the fields in the middle of the page before you make a purchase and then click on the [Login] button. If you have forgotten your password, press the [Forgot your password?] button, then enter the email address you provided when you registered and the system will send you the password to the registered email address.

You can access your order via the "Cart" function, under the "View Cart" menu you will find the [SUBMIT ORDER] button, which you can press to choose between registering or logging in as a registered customer.

After registering or logging in, placing your order consists of 5 stages:

Stage 1: Login / Registration
Section 2: Enter and select billing and shipping addresses
Section 3: Select delivery method (home delivery)
Section 4: Selection of payment method, acceptance of terms and conditions.
Stage 5: Text notification of the success of the order

You can go back and forth between the different stages by clicking on the numbered stage or cancel the order at any time. After a successful order, the system will send you an automatic confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided when registering. The placing and confirmation of the order constitutes the conclusion of a delivery contract between the customer and the Company.

Attention!
In order to protect our environment, our webshop provides invoices electronically to our customers. Our electronic invoices are sent by e-mail with qualified electronic signature and time stamp. After your first order, we will send you the necessary login details to e-samla.hu, where you will have access to the certified receipts of your purchases after logging in.

7:

Home delivery. The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days from the date of order, which may vary depending on stock availability. The delivery date will be sent by e-mail.

For all delivery methods we will do our utmost to provide the fastest possible service, any delays to the above typical delivery times may be due to external reasons beyond our control.

Purchase price and payment terms

The price indicated next to the product on the website is the gross price, including VAT.

Products on the website may be purchased through the website by private individuals only. If you wish to purchase as a reseller or request an invoice in your company name, please contact our customer relations team: [email protected]

8. Right of withdrawal

In the case of products which deteriorate rapidly, both parties may withdraw from the purchase contract only in the event of force majeure (e.g. disaster, strike, act of terrorism, war).

In Internet commerce, the Customer may imagine the product to be different from what it actually is, based on the product description and the photograph. Therefore, with the exception of products that deteriorate rapidly, the Customer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (26.II.), as set out in 20. §. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the day on which he took delivery of the goods. The Company will refund the amount paid by the Customer for that product within eight days of the withdrawal.

The Customer shall bear the costs incurred in returning the goods as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal. The Customer shall bear no other costs. The goods shall be returned only in their original packaging.

If any part of these GTC becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining parts shall not be affected.

If the Company fails to exercise any right which it may have under these GTC, its failure to exercise such right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right. No waiver of any right shall be valid unless expressly stated in writing. The Company's failure on one occasion to insist strictly on a material term or provision of the GTC shall not constitute a waiver of its right to insist on strict compliance with that term or provision in the future.

Purchasing via the webshop implies the Customer's knowledge and acceptance of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet. The Customer acknowledges that it is for him to assess the possible risks associated with browsing and shopping and to ensure the safe use of his computer and the protection of the data stored on it.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from force majeure or other events beyond its control, including, but not limited to, damages resulting from the use or malfunction of the website, alteration of data by anyone, delays in the transmission of information, viruses, software failure, Internet network failure, other technical failures, line or system failures.

The Company shall not be liable in any way if the delay in delivery or other problem or error is caused by inaccurate and/or incorrect information provided by the Customer.

The Company excludes all liability for the conduct of users of the website.

The Company and the Customer shall attempt to settle any disputes between them amicably.

Our Store aims to fulfil all orders with the appropriate quality and to the full satisfaction of the Customer. If the Customer nevertheless has a complaint about the contract or its performance, he/she may send a complaint to the above e-mail address or by letter.

Our Company will promptly investigate the oral complaint and remedy it as necessary. If the Customer does not agree with the handling of the complaint, the Company will promptly make a record of the complaint and its position on the complaint and provide a copy to the Customer. If it is not possible to investigate the complaint immediately, the Company shall make a record of the complaint and provide a copy to the Customer.

The Customer shall send the complaint to the [email protected] e-mail address or at the following address: 1082 Budapest, Corvin sétány 1/A 8. floor. 4. postal address. The Supplier shall investigate the Customer's complaint within 30 days and shall inform the Customer in writing of the outcome of the investigation and the remedies available to the Customer. A copy of the reply shall be kept for 3 years and shall be presented to the control authorities upon request.

Since axelpharmatech.shop as a website is a copyright work, it is prohibited to download (reproduce), re-transmit to the public, use in any other way, electronically store, process and sell the content or any part of the content of the axelpharmatech.shop website without the written consent of the Company.

Even with written consent, any material from the axelpharmatech.shop website and its database may only be reproduced by reference to that website.

The Company reserves all rights to all elements of its service, its domain names, the secondary domain names formed from them and its Internet advertising space.

The adaptation or reverse engineering of the content of the website or parts thereof; the creation of Customer IDs and passwords in an unfair manner; the use of any application to modify or index the website or any part thereof are prohibited.
